Gluek's Bar & Restaurant, founded in 1934, is downtown Minneapolis' oldest bar and is also the home of Minnesota's oldest beer label—Gluek's Pilsner Pale Lager. The old-world beer hall has plenty of German-inspired dishes like Grilled Bratwurst and Schweineschnitzel Spaetzle, a center-cut pork loin topped with marble rye bread crumbs, topped with cream sauce and fresh scallions and served over buttered spaetzle (small dumplings).
